ScentAir together with X3D Technologies, a glasses-free 3D digital signage company, will show for the first time, a three-dimensional flat panel screen integrated with scent.
The system will emit the scent of certain brands as consumers watch commercials in a three-dimensional format for products having scent such Dash fabric softener, Meijer Chocolate, Pepsi, and Herbal Essence Shampoo.

Advertisers are simply enthralled by the impact our combined products deliver!"
"This allows brand marketers to advertise and sample the scent of their product in-store without opening the package," says Forrest Fleming, ScentAir chief executive officer.
"Scent samples new products without tasting, increases brand and category sales, and enhances the retail environment," adds Fleming.ScentAir Technologies, the leader in providing scent marketing and scent sampling for retail/brand applications, offers patented scent systems proven to increase category/brand sales and enhance the appeal of retail environments. A Little Red Wine Could Take You A Long Way!

Longevity interests a lot of people who aren't ready to give up their lives, just yet, and who look to healthy alternatives to culturally defined eating patterns and "health care."

The benefits of drinking wine have been touted for a while and are thought, by some, to be the reason why the French can get away with eating a high fat diet while enjoying a low rate of coronary disease.

A few years ago, a study by French research team also found that men who regularly drank at least two glasses of wine daily were 50 percent less likely than non-drinkers to suffer a second heart attack.

Previous studies with yeast, a small species of worm, and fruit flies have shown that resveratrol -- a polyphenol antioxidant found in grapes, especially red grapes, and particularly pinot noir grapes which are grown in northern latitudes and used in wines coming from New York, Washington, and Oregon -- is a life-extending compound.

The Importance of Water

Water is the most abundant substance in the human body. It is a component of virtually everything, except tooth enamel and bone. We are about 70% WATER, 25% PROTEIN and 5% MINERALS.You can regard the body as being water, thickened with protein, which prevents us from "running away". This gelatinous mass is then hung on a skeleton made up of minerals. Not a very flattering analogue.

But it does put things in perspective.Water performs many functions.A few of the more important ones follow:1. Most reactions in our bodies (of which there are millions every second) will not take place unless the reactants are dissolved. For example, the water component of our blood dissolves oxygen from our lungs and in this way it can be transported to our cells. Carbon Dioxide is removed in the same way. 2.

Almost every cell in our body is bathed in interstitial fluid which is almost entirely water. 3. Most of the molecules in our body are suspended in water and are thus able to come into...

Retirement: Living or Just Existing?

by Barbara Morris, R.Ph.

Are you planning to retire?

If the answer is yes, are you preparing financially? If so, that means you will have enough money to do all the fun things you look forward to doing, instead of having to think twice about the smallest purchase.
And, hopefully, you will plan so well that you will have more than enough money to pay for medical services not covered by insurance or Medicare. Unfortunately, many folks retire thinking, "I won't need as much money anymore." Wrong!

"Old age" is not free. Even if you have taken great care of yourself over the years, the older you get the more maintenance and repair you need and it can be costly.

But a happy retirement takes more than money.

There is something drastically wrong with the way we prepare for retirement. We are encouraged to plan financially, but who is advising us to have a plan to be healthy enough to enjoy the fruit of all the years of...
